Solid quality, minor delivery issue

I ordered the Knochenbrühen-Konzentrat Weiderind and some Kollagenpulver. The ordering process on the website was smooth and intuitive. Delivery took 6 days to get to me in New York, which was a bit longer than I hoped, and one of the concentrated broth containers had a small dent, though the product inside was fine. The quality of the broth itself is excellent; it has a rich flavor and dissolves well. The collagen powder is also odorless and mixes easily into my coffee. Customer support was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay, providing a tracking update quickly. Overall, a good experience despite the minor delivery hiccup, and the products meet expectations.

Love the Chicken Broth!

Oh my goodness, I just had the Knochenbrühe Huhn and it's incredible! So rich and flavorful, just like homemade. It arrived super fast, too. I'm so happy with this purchase, I'm already planning my next order! You guys are awesome!

Good product, could improve packaging

I purchased the Bio Hühnerbrühe and was impressed with the taste and quality. It's definitely a step up from typical store-bought broth. The shipping was prompt, and the items arrived well-packed, although one of the glass jars felt a little loose in its individual compartment. It didn't break, but I think the inner packaging could be a bit more snug to prevent movement. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about storage before buying. Overall, a positive experience and I'd consider ordering again for the convenience and quality.

Really good bone broth

I just tried the Knochenbrühe Klassik Rind and it was really good. I usually make my own but this is super convenient. It tasted homemade, which is a big plus. Shipping was pretty quick too, took about 4 days to reach my place in Arizona. Definitely a nice treat to have on hand.

Good value for a first-timer

I was looking to try bone broth for gut health but didn't want to overspend. The Probierpaket seemed like the best way to test out different flavors without committing to a large order. I also signed up for the newsletter to get that initial discount code, which definitely helped make the purchase feel more worthwhile. The overall price for what I got felt fair, especially with the discount applied. It's not cheap, but for organic quality, I felt I got good value.
